The evolution of electricity grids, which we strive every day to make increasingly smart and digital, and the strengthening of renewables, which are increasingly strategic for our country, require new professional skills with specific training.

Creating a pool of technicians specialized in operational roles to respond to this need is the objective of Energie per Crescere with #EnelOpenSchool, the programme launched by our Group in collaboration with the ELIS training organisation and aimed at generating professional opportunities for 5,500 resources by 2023 to be employed within our partner companies.

This is an initiative with which we promote the meeting between training and the world of work, through specific programmes for grids and renewables built on the needs of the companies that work with us throughout Italy, thus giving not only a further input to the energy transition, but also an economic boost to Italy.
